This harness is an extension for those who already have a round speedo; you'll simply remove your speedo section of the wiring harness and clip this in place the gauge cluster can be moved to a taller handlebar or riser.
This harness is a conversion and extension for riders with a motorcycle fitted with a HUD (riser clamp-mounted) display. It will both extend the harness 15" beyond stock and change the speedometer side of the harness to the one necessary for an OE or aftermarket round gauge.
